Onion Chili Dry Fry Prawn , ( Indian Village Cuisine ) For 4 persons
Ingredients :
Fresh Prawn , 250 / 300 gms
5/6 Onions
6/7 Green Chili
Step 1:
Put oil in utensil 50 ml ( Mustard Oil )
When the Oil reach medium temperature add Onions and Chili in the utensils.
Don’t forget to add salt as per taste. If you want to add some other masala , you can do that.
When Onions and Chili with Garlic turn golden just separate from utensils and keep them separated.
Step 2:
Again put the prawn which is freshly cleaned , put into the hot oil.
After sometime , when prawn turns golden , add the mixture of onions , chili , garlic.
Step 3:
Stir is slowly and cook it. When prawn turns dark golden ,lower the flame and after a minute turn the gas off.
Now chili prawn is ready for serve.
