Lemon Ginger Juice Tips
Ingredients: ( for 500 ml )
3 lemon
5/6 spoon jal jeera
Chia seed 1 spoon
Ginger paste
Pudina paste
Chili ( Optional )
Take 500 ml Water in Jar
Add Jal Jeera 5 Spoon
Mix it
Now add Lemon and cut it into two parts as shown. Now add lemon and press it
to take out the juice.
Mix it again.
Now add Pudina paste and then add ginger paste.
Add chili as it is optional.
Pour it into glass.
Add ice cube and enjoy it during summer and also during fasting to break fast.
